COMPLAINTS
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days - although usually response is much quicker. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

A customer can ask for a full refund within 56 days of ordering and a refund will be given in full. We reserve the right not to give a refund if we feel that an order was placed with the view of asking for a refund from the outset.
